Preheat oven to 350° F. Oil and line half sheet pan, then set aside. Whisk together melted butter, Coffee-mate Butterscotch Creamer, brown sugar, sugar, egg, egg yolk, and vanilla extract until completely combined. Sift flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt together. Add sifted dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Once everything is properly combined, add white chocolate chip morsels and chopped pecans. Pour batter into pans, then bake until golden brown, approximately 30 minutes. Serve.
