Pecan Scotchie Fudge
The classic flavor of the beloved hard candy in a new creamy, dreamy, melt-in-your-mouth twist.

granulated sugar
1/2 cup
evaporated milk
4 each
Butterscotch Flavor Nestlé Coffee mate®Liquid Coffee Creamertubs
2 Tbsp
unsalted butter
2 cups
mini marshmallows
1 1/2cup
white chocolate morsels
1/2 cup
chopped pecans

In a heavy bottom saucepan over medium heat, bring to a boil while stirring sugar, evaporated milk, coffee creamer, butter and salt. Continue boiling and stirring for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in marshmallows, morsels and nuts. Keep stirring until marshmallows and morsels are melted. Pour into a foil/parchment lined 1/3 hotel pan. Place in fridge for up to 2 hours until firm. Remove from pan, remove foil/parchment and cut into 1-inch pieces. Serve.
