In a heavy bottom saucepan over medium heat, bring to a boil while stirring sugar, evaporated milk, coffee creamer, butter and salt. Continue boiling and stirring for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in marshmallows, morsels and nuts. Keep stirring until marshmallows and morsels are melted. Pour into a foil/parchment lined 1/3 hotel pan. Place in fridge for up to 2 hours until firm. Remove from pan, remove foil/parchment and cut into 1-inch pieces. Serve.
