HOW TO SUBMIT: An authorized representative of a foodservice operator (“Operator”) may submit their Coffee-mate success story testimonial and photo by following the link in the Spring Club Coffee-mate Quarterly. 1) Log into CMFeelTheLove.com or register on the site. 2) Tell us how Coffee-mate has built or could build your foodservice operation’s business (minimum 100 words). 3) Attach a photo of yourself. 4) Review and agree to the “Offer Details” by checking the box. Operators must click the check box granting Nestle Professional and its designees full, unrestricted ownership rights in the photo (i.e. 3) and statement (i.e. 2) submitted by authorized representative when submitting Coffee-mate success story testimonial. Submissions WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND FOODSERVICE OPERATOR WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE GIFT IF THIS BOX IS NOT CHECKED. Limit one (1) submission per foodservice operator.

Photo and statement (collectively, “Submission”) should follow the following guidelines:

Content Requirements:

  • The Submission must not contain material that violates or infringes another’s rights, including but not limited to privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights, or that constitutes copyright infringement;
  • Operator is to submit photo of themselves, but should any other individual or individuals appear in the photo, Operator must have permission from all individuals that appear in the Submission (if any) to use their name and likeness in the Submission and to grant the rights set forth herein. If requested, Operator must be able to provide such permissions in a form acceptable to Sponsor;
  • The Submission must not contain images or artwork not created by Operator.
  • The Submission must not contain material that is inappropriate, indecent, obscene, hateful, tortious, defamatory, slanderous or libelous;
  • The Submission must not contain material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age, and;
  • The Submission must not contain material that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to the laws or regulations in any state where Submission is created.
  • Use of a mobile device to submit entry may result in the imposition of charges by wireless carrier. Authorized representative is therefore advised to consult with his/her wireless rate plan PRIOR TO using a mobile device to send foodservice operator’s submission. Wireless internet access is not available on all mobile devices or wireless carriers or in all areas. Standard message and data rates may apply to use of mobile device for entry.
